  4. Confirmation of registration request.

IMPORTANT:

Please understand that for your registration to become firm, we have to receive the complete payment. An invoice related to your payment will be available at the congress venue and will be handed over to you together with your badge.

2.1Congress dinner (optional)

On Friday September 4th at 19h30, the traditional B-ORL congress dinner will be organised in the

"Faculty Club Leuven".

Dinner will be served in "The Infirmary Building", located in Leuven's UNESCO-protected Grand Beguinage, celebrate your special moment in our stylish banquet rooms and idyllic courtyard. In the heart of Flemish Brabant you will find Faculty Club. The Infirmary Building, an essential part of Flemish Beguinages since the 13th-14th centuries, served as a care facility for sick and elderly beguines, as well as needy women from the city. In 1962, the dilapidated beguinage site was transferred to KU Leuven.
