Thank you for using our website for your registration for the 13th CT-user Meeting 2025, 4th International CT-user Meeting 2025 on September 21 - 22, organised in the "Augustijnen Klooster" - Ghent, Belgium. The procedure is quite easy and consists of 4 steps:

  1. Submit your personal data.
  2. Complete your registration.
  3. Make a payment through your creditcard or by banktransfer.
  4. Confirmation of registration request.

IMPORTANT:

Please understand that for your registration to become firm, we have to receive the complete payment. An invoice related to your payment will be available at the congress venue and will be handed over to you together with your badge.

2.1. Registration for Congress

(early fees available until October 20th midnight !)


Type of participant:
Member delegate (fee = 450 Euro / 500 Euro). Non-member Delegate (fee = 550 Euro / 600 Euro). Student / Resident / Intern (fee = 280 Euro / 320 Euro). Technician / Nurse (fee = 250 Euro / 300 Euro).

2.2. Registration for Congress Dinner on November 21.
